The Team
The firm is directed by Maurizio Ortelli and Davide Edoardo Ortelli, with the support and the cooperation of a team of young and creative architects, interior designers and project managers in order to handle all the aspects of design and project delivery according to the Client and his needs.

Commercial Design
During thirty years of design and after hundreds of boutiques, cafes, offices and showrooms for some of the most prestigious luxury brands around the world, Ortelli Architetti developed a 360 degrees worldwide experience in Commercial Design.

Project Engineering
After the concept and the design phases, which can be completely or partially developed by the studio team, other designers or the store planning departments inside the fashion houses, Ortelli Architetti can take charge of the complete Project Engineering, developing besides the architectural drawings, the MEP and the structural projects, the fire fighting and other specialized disciplines projects may be needed, ending with the integration of the detailed shop drawings supplied by the millworkers. The result is a complete technical project for the companies operating on site.

Project Delivery / Client Representation
Ortelli Architetti is the reference during all the process of project development and construction, from the analysis before starting the project till the post opening activities: Due Diligence and feasibility studies, managing permits with governmental institutions and technical departments of Malls and Department stores, communicating with Landlords, Tender Management, Cost Control, Project Management, Works Direction, H&R, Site Management, Handover and Completion.
Ortelli Architetti offers a Client Representative service, since in recent years the common need that tends to emerge among companies that operate inside of Commercial Design is the simplification of the procedure by the interaction with a single interlocutor.

Ortelli Architetti operates both in Italy and abroad by collaborating with a team of engineers and local architects with great experience in the field of commercial design, thus becoming the main point of reference for all the described activities that take place in all the european countries as well as Middle East and Gulf.

Always involved in the design of houses and apartments, Residential Design is another vast field in which Ortelli Architetti operates in Italy and abroad, including a series of prestigious villas recently realized for international Clients in the UK, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece and Saint Barth.
